or complaint about your purchase, please contact us.
If
you find that a product does not meet your needs,
you
can return or exchange it up to 30 days after it was
shipped to you. Before returning a product, you must
contact us for an RMA --Return Merchandise
Authorization.
Returned products must come back in original packing
material, have a copy of the invoice and be in resalable
condition. On these returns, we do not refund the
original cost of shipping.
There is a one year limited manufacturer's warranty for products that
suffer mechanical failures. Of course, this does not
apply to products that have been physically damaged by
you or have been used for a purpose for which they were
not intended. On warrantee returns, we will supply
you with a UPS return authorization with your RMA.
